She brings a rare combination of mainstream finance and community practice: more than twenty years in financial services and lending, including mortgage broking, credit assessment and lending management, followed by a decade as a financial counsellor and capability practitioner with organisations including Good Shepherd, Uniting Care and The Salvation Army.

A Certified Trauma of Money Financial Coach and business mentor, she has supported people through financial hardship, delivered financial literacy education across diverse communities, and helped small business owners build practical systems for sustainable growth.

Her strength is breaking complex business and finance concepts into plain, practical steps that people can act on, whatever their starting point.
