At Thive, we are committed to supporting employers in every step of the recruitment process with work ready candidates. Our collaboration with Australia Post demonstrates our processes and support systems designed to not only help refugees secure employment but also ensure they thrive in their roles long-term.

We provide ongoing support to both refugees and employers, assisting and supporting with the full process from matching candidates to job specifications, preparing candidates for the selection process, onboarding to addressing workplace challenges, ensuring that refugees are not just hired but also successfully integrated and retained in the workforce.
