Nefa Alic Pirgic is an accomplished community sector leader with extensive experience in employment services, workforce development, community engagement, and social inclusion. As Head of Employment Development & Implementation, she works collaboratively with employers, community organisations, government agencies, and training providers to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to workforce participation.
