In her role at Thrive, she works closely with aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, guiding them through business planning, financial readiness, and access to microfinance opportunities.

In addition to her professional role, Marie Claire is an entrepreneur who has founded and developed several initiatives focused on employment, community support, and business development. She is also the author of the children’s book Our Skin Colour, promoting diversity, inclusion, and positive identity among young readers.
