LEAD GENERATIONS


Potential clients can be introduced to Thrive through various avenues:

  • Presentations/Information Sessions

  • Community Events / Job Fairs

  • Phone call / Email

  • Website using the link to the 1A Form Assembly form

 

All potential clients are to be captured as a lead in Salesforce – either with the client filling out a form or entered directly into Salesforce by TRE staff.

 

  • If the 1A form (through FormAssembly) is filled out by the client, this information is be transferred directly from the form into Salesforce. Please note, this form is intended for NEW clients only. This form will return an error if a client is already registered in Salesforce fills this form out.

  • TRE staff can also opt to entered client directly into Salesforce under “Leads”. This lead can be immediately turned into a contact if the client qualifies (visa subclass) and their idea for a business is something worth exploring.

  • All leads must be cleared ideally within a couple of business days or at most within the week, deciding whether the lead is to be ‘qualified out’ or ‘converted to a contact’ and possible ‘create an opportunity’.

  • A LEAD is a measure of a request for Thrive’s service.
