Christina brings the experience of a 20+ year career in executive and non-executive director roles spanning transport and logistics, energy, financial services, consulting, manufacturing and for-purpose sectors in both for-profit and for-purpose organisations. Born in Sri Lanka and having migrated to Australia in her early teens, Christina also shares a personal understanding of the work of Thrive.

Most recently, Christina served as Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Team Global Express, and prior to as Executive Director of Leadership Advisory and Executive Search at Russell Reynolds Associates. Her earlier executive career includes senior leadership roles at Toll Holdings, Origin Energy, and GE Australia, where she led transformations in customer experience, operations, and commercial strategy at scale.

Christina demonstrates a sustained commitment to the for-purpose and community sector, including her current role as a Non-Executive Director at Opportunity International Australia — an organisation dedicated to the financial empowerment of women and families living in poverty across Asia.
