Prior to joining Thrive, Adrian has a held number of executive roles including with BP AMERICA as General Manager Operations, Strategy and Performance, as well as holding senior executive roles within the mobile telecommunications and construction industries. As Chief Operating Officer, Adrian is responsible for developing and maintaining overall business operations, business development,  corporate partnerships and business relationships nationally to ensuring strong and effective operations and  that our clients have the full benefit of a broad range of new business opportunities which emanate from these partnerships.
